Bu metin, Satış Takip Mobil'i kullanırken sizinle bizim aramızdaki kuralları belirler. Uygulamada hesap oluşturduğunuzda bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimiz ayrı bir metinde anlatılıyor: Gizlilik Politikası.

Satış Takip Mobil, esnaf ve küçük işletmelerin satışlarını, tahsilatlarını, çek/senet vadelerini ve müşteri bakiyelerini takip etmesi için yapılmış bir mobil uygulamadır. Kayıtlarınız önce cihazınızda tutulur, internet varken hesabınıza bağlı olarak buluta eşitlenir.
Uygulama bir takip aracıdır; muhasebe programı, resmî defter, e-fatura sistemi veya mali müşavir yerine geçmez. Uygulamadaki kayıtların vergi mevzuatı karşısındaki geçerliliği ve resmî beyanlarınızın doğruluğu sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Uygulamaya kendi müşterilerinizin adını, telefonunu veya e-postasını girebilirsiniz. Bu kişisel veriler bakımından veri sorumlusu sizsiniz; biz yalnızca sizin adınıza saklayan tarafız. Bu, KVKK ve GDPR açısından şu anlama gelir:
sizin yükümlülüğünüzdür. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz verileri işlemeye hukuken yetkili olduğunuzu kabul edersiniz. Bu yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmemesinden doğan talep ve zararlardan siz sorumlu olursunuz.
Uygulamadan müşterinize borç hatırlatma SMS'i veya e-postası gönderdiğinizde mesaj telefonunuzun kendi SMS/e-posta uygulaması üzerinden gider; içeriğini biz oluşturmaz, saklamaz ve sizin adınıza göndermeyiz. Ticari elektronik ileti mevzuatına uygunluk (izin, ret hakkı) sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Uygulamayı elimizden gelen özenle geliştiriyoruz, ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti veremiyoruz. Hizmet, mevcut hâliyle ve kullanılabilirliği garanti edilmeksizin sunulur. Bulut altyapısındaki kesintiler, işletim sistemi güncellemeleri veya cihazınıza özgü sorunlar uygulamanın geçici olarak çalışmamasına yol açabilir.
Uygulama, kayıtlarınızı dışa aktarmanız için şifreli yedek alma özelliği sunar (Ayarlar > Veri). Cihaz kaybı, cihaz arızası, uygulamanın silinmesi veya hesabınızı silmeniz hâlinde verinin geri getirilememesinden doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz. Düzenli yedek almanızı öneririz.
Hesabınızı sildiğinizde bulut kayıtlarınız kalıcı olarak silinir ve geri alınamaz. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası'nın ilgili bölümüne bakın.
Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan — kâr kaybı, iş kaybı, itibar kaybı, veri kaybı veya üçüncü kişilerin talepleri — sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuz her hâlükârda, varsa son 12 ayda uygulama için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Kasıt ve ağır ihmalimizden doğan sorumluluğumuz ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır; bu bölüm onları sınırlamaz.
Uygulama şu anda ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli özellikler veya abonelik getirilirse, bunlar önceden duyurulur ve mevcut verinize erişiminiz ücretli hâle getirilmez; verinizi her durumda yedek olarak dışa aktarabilirsiniz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden (Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil) veya hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsiniz.
Bu koşulların açıkça ihlal edildiği hâllerde — özellikle 4. bölümdeki kullanımlar veya hizmetin güvenliğini tehdit eden davranışlar söz konusu olduğunda — hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Böyle bir durumda, hukuken engel yoksa verinizi dışa aktarmanız için makul bir süre ve bildirim sağlamaya çalışırız.
Uygulamanın kendisi, arayüzü, adı ve logosu üzerindeki haklar bize aittir. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz veriler size aittir; bu koşullar bize verileriniz üzerinde hizmeti sunmak dışında hiçbir hak vermez.
Bu metni zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsanız hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uygulamayı tüketici sıfatıyla kullanıyorsanız, kendi yerleşim yerinizdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

These terms set out the rules between you and us when you use Satış Takip Mobil. By creating an account in the app, you accept them. How we handle your data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

Satış Takip Mobil is a mobile app that helps shop owners and small businesses track sales, collections, cheque/promissory-note due dates and customer balances. Your records are kept on your device first and synced to your cloud account when you are online.
The app is a tracking tool. It is not accounting software, an official ledger, an e-invoicing system, or a substitute for an accountant. You remain responsible for the validity of your records under tax law and for the accuracy of your official filings.
You may enter your own customers' names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses into the app. For that personal data you are the data controller; we merely store it on your behalf. Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK this means it is your obligation to:
You confirm that you are legally entitled to process the data you enter. You are responsible for claims and damages arising from a failure to meet these obligations.
When you send a payment-reminder SMS or e-mail to a customer from the app, the message goes out through your phone's own SMS/e-mail app; we neither compose, store, nor send it on your behalf. Compliance with commercial-messaging rules (consent, opt-out) is your responsibility.
We develop the app with all reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. The service is provided as it stands and without a guarantee of availability. Cloud outages, operating-system updates or device-specific problems may temporarily prevent the app from working.
The app lets you export an encrypted backup of your records (Settings > Data). We are not liable for consequences arising from data that cannot be recovered after device loss, device failure, uninstalling the app, or deleting your account. We recommend taking regular backups.
When you delete your account, your cloud records are permanently erased and cannot be restored. See the relevant section of the Privacy Policy for details.
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app — lost profits, lost business, reputational harm, data loss, or third-party claims. In any event our liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the app in the preceding 12 months.
Our liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer law, are unaffected by this section.
The app is currently free. If paid features or a subscription are introduced later, they will be announced in advance and access to your existing data will not be put behind a paywall; you can export your data as a backup at any time.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account) or via the account deletion page.
Where these terms are clearly breached — in particular the uses listed in section 4, or conduct that threatens the security of the service — we may suspend or close your account. In that case, unless legally prevented, we will try to give reasonable notice and time for you to export your data.
Rights in the app itself, its interface, name and logo belong to us. The data you enter belongs to you; these terms give us no rights over your data beyond what is needed to provide the service.
We may update this text from time to time. We will notify you in the app or by e-mail when a change is significant. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use the app as a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence is unaffected.
